a. A Petty Cash Fund is hereby established for the Town Parks and Recreation Department, and specifically for Park Concessions. The established Town Parks and Recreation Petty Cash Fund shall follow and comply with all statutory and proper procedures for the transfer and use and expenditures of monies from Parks and Recreation, and specifically the procedures and requirements of I.C. § 36-1-8-3, as amended. It is further hereby specified that said Parks and Recreation Department Concession Petty Cash Fund shall maintain a reportable balance of five hundred dollars ($500.00) in a monthly accounting and reporting balance by designated Parks and Recreation Department administrative staff, governed by procedures set forth in I.C. § 36-1-8-3, and that the fund shall maintain a balance of five hundred dollars ($500.00).
b. The Clerk-Treasurer of the Town is authorized and required to transfer the necessary funds to the Parks and Recreation Petty Cash Fund to the Park Concessions of the Town to effectuate the purposes required for the Parks and Recreation Petty Cash Fund, pursuant to all statutory requirements as described herein, and all as amended from time to time.
