Sec. 2-373 Seal and Signatures Required.
   Warrants issued by the Town shall be executed by the President of the Town Council and attested by the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town (the "Clerk-Treasurer"), who shall also affix, or cause to be imprinted thereon, the seal of the Town to each warrant.
