Sec. 2-372 Contents of Warrant Ordinance.

   A Warrant Ordinance adopted pursuant to this Ordinance must include the following:

   a.   The particular funds of the Town and revenues in anticipation of which the warrants are issued and out of which they are payable;

   b.   The terms of the warrants to be issued in evidence of the temporary loans;

   c.   The time and manner, if any, of giving notice of the sale of the warrants;

   d.   The manner in which the warrants will be sold; and

   e.   The maximum amount of warrants authorized to be issued.
