Sec. 2-345 Forms Required. 43

   The Clerk-Treasurer shall only accept those claims that are in proper and legal form at time of submission by the claimant, those claims that are in accordance with Indiana Code, § 36-5-4-1, et seq., and adhere to the form prescribed by the Indiana State Board of Accounts.
