In order to insure the timely and prompt payment of any and all proper claims received by the Town of Schererville, the following procedure shall be followed:
a. Any and all claims receipted by the Clerk-Treasurer prior to ten (10) days preceding the Town Council Public Meeting shall appear on the claim docket which is to be presented to the Town Council no later than two (2) days prior to the Town Council Public Meeting, and in
all cases shall be provided to the Town Council on the Monday preceding the Town Council Meeting at their regularly scheduled Public Meeting.
b. The name of the claimant.
c. The amount claimed and for what.
d. The date the Clerk-Treasurer's Office was in receipt of said claim.
e. The appropriate fund the claim is drawn from or debited to.
