Ordinance No. 552 set forth in Chapter 7 of this Code established the Contractor's Licensing Board and providing for its duties and functions, and the licensing of contractors and builders in the Town of Schererville, Indiana, is amended after the date of the passage and adoption of this Ordinance by the Town Council of the Town of Schererville, Indiana, by requiring that the Contractor's Licensing Board shall consist of seven (7) members. The Town Electrical Inspector, the Town Building Inspector, the Town Plumbing Inspector, and the Town Engineer shall be members of said Board by virtue of the offices described during the time such persons hold such offices. The additional three (3) members of said Board shall be appointed by the Town Council of the Town of Schererville, Indiana, from among the citizens and residents of the Town of Schererville, Indiana.
