The Plat Committee shall establish rules and procedures for examining and granting primary approval to minor subdivisions. If primary approval is granted, the plat shall be forwarded to the Plan Commission for secondary approval. If the Plat Committee denies primary approval, the applicant may appeal to the Plan Commission in accordance with the provisions of Indiana Code 36-7-4-708 or any successor provisions.
