The Plat Committee shall have the authority to review and approve applications for platting of minor subdivisions, subject to the following:
Subdivision of land for single-family residential purposes which:
a. Involves no more than two (2) lots;
b. Does not involve opening a new public street or road;
c. Complies with the Subdivision Control Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance in all other respects.
