a. The Town of Schererville formally adopts and incorporates by reference the most updated version of the Recognized Safety Standards For Municipalities and State Agencies, which is established by the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration as an integral part of the Safety Policies and Procedures for the Town of Schererville.
b. Two (2) copies of said standards are on file in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer and open for inspection during regular business hours.
