Sec. 2-273 Five (5) Member Committee.

The Town Council shall appoint a five (5) member Safety Committee for a maximum period of One (1) year. The Safety Committee shall be comprised as follows:

a. 1 member - Utilities Department

b. 1 member - Street and Sanitation Department

c. 1 member - Vehicle Maintenance

d. 1 member - Park and Recreation Board

e. 1 member - Assistant Town Administrator or Public Works Director The Town Administrator may serve in an advisory capacity.
