Any person who violates any provision of this Ordinance, as amended from time to time, shall be subject to fines and penalties, which fines and penalties shall be not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and not more than two thousand, five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). Each day a violation shall continue constitutes a separate offense.
