No excavating, foundations or building shall be commenced without first obtaining the required building permits. No permits shall be issued without the required subdivision improvements, as required by this Ordinance, as amended from time to time. No building/zoning permit shall be issued without a proper plat of survey, certified by a Professional Engineer, showing all the dimensions for the applicable building setback requirements, as per the Town Zoning Ordinance #1046, as amended from time to time.
