Sec. 10-266 Sewers.
   The subdivider shall provide the subdivision with a complete sanitary sewer system to be connected to the municipal sanitary system. The system shall be designed in that the following conditions are met:
   a.   Will not include any sewer of which the purposed is to carry any combination of storm and sanitary sewerages.
   B.   Will not allow the inflow of any uncontaminated groundwater sources into the sanitary system.
   C.   Drainage piping serving fixtures that are located below the crown level of the main sewer shall discharge into an approved water-tight sump or receiving tank, so located as to receive the sewage or other liquid wastes shall be lifted and discharged a minimum of eighteen (18) inches above the crown level of the main sewer and flow by gravity to the main sewer.
