The applicable terms and provisions of I.C. §§ 36-7-12, et seq., as amended, are hereby incorporated herein and are implemented by the enactment of this division. All such duties, responsibilities, powers, authorities, and related statutory provisions for a Town unit of government for a Town department of economic development controlled by the Schererville Economic Development Commission are hereby incorporated herein and made a part hereof as though fully set forth, and are to be implemented accordingly.
