Sec. 2-210 Plan Commission Created. 36

   There is established a Plan Commission for the Town of Schererville, Indiana, to consist of seven (7) members. The Town Council shall appoint three (3) persons in the Town government as members. The President of the Town Council shall appoint four (4) citizen members of the Town of whom not more than two (2) may be of the same political party.
