Sec. 2-174 Personnel Policy Manual Incorporated by Reference. 36

   a.   The Personnel Policy Manual of the Town of Schererville is adopted and established, and incorporated herein by reference. (Ord. No. 1266, § 2, 1-26-94; Ord. No. 1559, § 1, 8-20-02; Ord.    b.   Every employee governed by the terms of the Personnel Policy shall receive a copy thereof, and shall be responsible for the understanding of the terns and conditions contained therein, and further, shall execute a document of receipt acknowledging awareness of said Personnel Policy.

   c.   A copy of the Personnel Policy Manual of the Town of Schererville located in the Office of the Clerk-Treasurer and available for public inspection during regular business hours.
