f. The Code Enforcement Officer shall have the authority to prepare, issue and present bona-fide citations (complaint and summons) to persons or parties violating the Town Code or Ordinances, excluding the Town Traffic Code, Ordinance No. 560, and all amendments passed subsequent thereto. (See Chapter 8 of this Code) Citations issued by the Code Enforcement Officer shall be in the form and manner required by the pertinent Town Ordinance and statutory provisions of the Indiana Code.
