Sec. 2-163 Powers and Duties of Department of Waterworks.
   Such Department of Waterworks shall own and operate all water facilities currently owned by the Town of Schererville and shall provide water service within the corporate boundaries of the Town of Schererville, all other areas outside of the boundaries currently or in the future provided water service by the Town of Schererville or this Department of Waterworks.
