Sec. 2-161 Waterworks Board of Directors.
   Such Department of Waterworks shall be controlled by a Board of Directors consisting of three (3) Directors who shall be appointed by the President of the Town Council. Not more than two (2) Directors shall be of the same political party at any one time on the board.
