Sec. 2-160 Department of Waterworks Created.
   A Department of Waterworks, pursuant to Indiana Code, § 8-1.5-4, as amended from time to time (the "Act"), shall be created with all power and authority provided to such Department pursuant to the Act. The Town adopts the provisions of the Act for such purposes.
