During his term of employment, the Public Works Director shall devote his full time to his employment and shall not undertake any activity which would be in conflict with his employment as Public Works Director or inimical to the best interest of the Town.
During the terms of his employment, the Public Works Director shall not engage in any other business activity, whether or not such business activity is pursued for gain, profit or other pecuniary advantage, without the express written approval of the Town.
