Sec. 2-136 Terms of Employment of Public Works Director. 26
   The Public Works Director of the Town of Schererville, Lake County, Indiana, shall serve at the pleasure of the Town Manager of the Town of Schererville, Lake County, Indiana, and the employment of the Public Works Director shall always be terminable with or cause. The salary of the Public Works Director shall be as fixed by the Town Council in the Town's annual budget or as authorized from other revenues of the town and all other terms and conditions of employment, including benefits and payment of dues, shall be as fixed and agreed to by the Town Council from time to time.
