Sec. 2-120 Fire Department Administration.
   a.   The Board of the Fire Department shall be the Chief of the Volunteer Fire Department.
   b.   The Town Council, by appropriate ordinance, may establish those positions it deems necessary to effectively and efficiently operate the department.
