Sec. 2-113 Police Department to Accept Applications for Licensing Hand Guns.
   The Police Department by and through its Chief or Acting Chief or designee shall carry out these powers established by the Town Council regarding the applications for licensing hand guns as more specifically addressed in Chapter 4 of this Code.
