The discharge of groundwater, resulting from a commercial de-watering operation, into the Storm Water Drainage System shall be considered pending a review of proposed erosion control measures and a determination of the jurisdictional authority of the receiving waterway. BMP's shall be employed in the discharge of de-watering facilities. In no case shall the Town of Schererville have the ability to grant authority to discharge into a waterway of another jurisdictional authority.
