Any revision or significant change to, or deviation from the detailed plans and specifications approved by the Department of Planning and Building after review and recommendation by the Plan Commission shall be filed in duplicate. Revised plans and specifications shall be approved by the Department of Planning and Building, after further review and recommendation by the Plan Commission, prior to implementation of the revision or change. Copies of the revisions or changes, if approved, shall be attached to the original plans and specifications.
