Sec. 9-422 During Construction.
   a.   Provide copies of Notice of Violation (NOV) or stop work orders, and any related correspondence with Federal, State or County agencies.
   b.   Provide copies of corrective action plans and/or changes to construction plans resulting from such notices.
   c.   Provide copies of self-monitoring reports upon request.
   d.   Provide copies of plan changes resulting from field conditions during construction.
