Editor's note:
The city has an agreement with all other municipalities in Hamilton County for mutual aid. A copy of such agreement can be reviewed at the City Hall, and the master copy is at the Municipal Building in St. Bernard.
The city enters into agreements, from time to time, with the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc., the bargaining agent for all permanent full-time Lieutenants (excluding the designated Field Division Commander), Patrol Officers, Dispatchers and Clerks of the Police Department. Such agreements provide for working conditions, benefits and other incidents of employment for such personnel. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and agreement may be obtained, at cost, at the City Hall.
Because of the frequency of change, provisions relating to compensation and fringe benefits are not codified. Copies of the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, at the City Hall.
