§ 232.08 OVERTIME AND PENSION FOR POLICE CHIEF AND FIELD DIVISION COMMANDER.

(B) The Police Chief and Lieutenant (Field Division Commander) shall have 8.5% of the 9.5% employee's share of police pension and disability paid beginning January 1, 1987.
