§ 232.09 LAW ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND.
   (A)   In compliance with Ohio R.C. 2933.43(D), a Law Enforcement Trust Fund is hereby established.
   (B)   The Reading Branch of the Fifth Third Bank is hereby designated as the depository for such Fund.
   (C)   The funds so deposited shall be disposed of only as provided in Ohio R.C. 2933.43(D).
