   The city enters into agreements from time to time with Local Union No. 1093, Council No. 8, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, the bargaining agent for certain classes of employees, as determined by Council. Such agreements provide for working conditions, benefits and other incidents of employment for such personnel. The city also enters into agreements with the bargaining agents for police and fire personnel. See the Editor's notes in Chapter 232 and 234, respectively.
