§ 232.07 FEES COLLECTED BY DEPARTMENT.

(A) The Police Department is hereby authorized to collect the following fees:

(1) Police reports - $4 for the initial copy; $1 for each additional sheet.

(2) Police escort for an oversize load - $10 per hour or any part thereof, per man, plus $5 per hour per vehicle.

(3) Taxi license background investigation - $5, which fee is not refundable.

(4) ID photos - $2.

(5) Police photos - $5 for the first photo; $1 for each additional photo.

(B) Such fees shall be deposited in the General Fund.
