(A) The Safety-Service Director is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the Prosecuting Attorney of Hamilton County, Ohio, for the distribution of forfeited moneys and proceeds from the sale of contraband seized by the Police Department of the City and mandatory drug fines imposed under Ohio R.C. Chapter 2925 or Chapter 624 of the General Offenses Code.
(B) Such distribution shall be made under the terms and conditions set forth in an agreement attached to original Ordinance 91-71, passed June 18, 1991, copies of which may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
