(A) Any person cited for an infraction under this chapter shall pay a civil penalty in the amount as follows unless the penalty is specified as otherwise in the applicable section.
(1) $50.00 first offense.
(2) $100.00 second offense.
(3) $250.00 third offense.
(4) $500.00 fourth offense and any other additional offenses.
(B) In addition to any civil penalties, any person who fails to pay the penalties imposed within the 15 day payment period shall pay a delinquency fee of $20.00.
(C) Any of the penalties listed above shall not be applicable to any violation prosecuted in the County Court, where the maximum penalty upon conviction shall be $500.00 plus applicable court costs, unless incarceration of up to 60 days is also specified in any ordinance.
