§ 90.30 DISPOSAL OF DEAD ANIMALS.
   The owner, agent, employee, servant, or other person having charge of domestic animals, upon the death of such animal, shall dispose of the carcasses of such animals by cremation or burying at least two feet below the surface of the ground; provided, however, nothing in this section shall prohibit the disposal of such animal carcasses to rendering companies and business tax receipt holders to do business in this state, or to a business tax receipt holder veterinarian. Failure to comply as outlined is deemed to be a violation of this section. One hundred dollars first offense, $250.00 second offense, $500.00 third offense, and subsequent offenses.
