§ 90.15 BREEDER(S).

   It shall be deemed a violation of this section when the provisions of this sections have not been complied with.

   (A)   A breeder shall provide and maintain a whelping box or other structure in compliance with the definition of whelping box, for the purpose of sanitary containment and animal safety.

   (B)   The mother of said puppies shall be confined in a manner allowing access to the puppies for the purpose of nursing and parenting.

   (C)   A breeder shall confine the mother and puppies in compliance with §§ 90.09, 90.10 and 90.11, with signs posted at all entry points to the area reading "Beware of Dog".
