§ 90.10 OUTDOOR PEN REQUIREMENTS.
   No person owning or having possession, charge, custody, or control of any dog shall cause, permit, or allow the dog to be penned in a manner inconsistent with the following guidelines. Pens are to be constructed of chain link with a minimum length of eight feet, a minimum width of five feet, and a minimum height of five feet. The chain link structure must have secure sides, top and bottom, and shall be designed to prevent the animal from escaping over, under, or through the structure. It shall be kept locked, and shall also provide protection from the elements. No more than one dog shall be enclosed in any such pen.
