(1) No person shall park or drive a motor vehicle on the grass, ballfield, picnic ground, playground or other public area without proper authorization. Any person violating the provisions of this Section shall be liable for payment of fines, costs and additional fees prescribed and assessed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 12-2800 of this Title. 208
(2) The parent, legal guardian or other legally responsible adult of any child under the age of eighteen (18) years who violates subsection 12-1604(1) shall be in violation of this Section, and shall be liable for payment of fines, costs and additional fees prescribed and assessed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 12-2800 of this Title. 209
