§ 37.02 SCHEDULE OF ORDINANCES SUBJECT TO ADMISSION OF VIOLATION.
   (A)   The City Clerk shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations and payment of civil penalties of not more than $7,500 in ordinance violations cases.
   (B)   The following schedule of ordinances of the Civil Code of the city shall be subject to admission of violation before the City Clerk:
      (1)   Chapter 50, Garbage and Refuse.

      (10)   Chapter 100, Trees, Shrubs and Groundcovers. Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is subject to a fine of $50 per occurrence.
      (11)   Chapter 111, Alcoholic Beverages. An individual found to be in violation of the provisions of § 111.01 as a first offense shall pay a civil penalty of $25 to the City Clerk. For any subsequent violations of the provisions of this chapter, the person shall be fined not less than $26, nor more than $100.
      (12)   Chapter 115, Food Establishments.
