§ 72.14 PARKING OF VEHICLES THAT ARE NOT SELF-PROPELLED.
   No person shall park any boat, boat trailer, trailer of any kind or any other vehicle that is not self-propelled upon any of the streets, alleys or rights-of-way within the city.
