§ 130.02 DISOBEYING ORDER OR INTERFERING WITH FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to fail, neglect or refuse to remove and remain such distance from any fire or burning building as the Chief Engineer of the Fire Department or his or her assistants may order during any fire.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to commit any disturbance or breach of the peace during any fire, or to cause any injury to any property belonging to the Fire Department of the city.
