§ 50.05 CERTAIN MATERIALS PROHIBITED IN CONTAINERS.
   No rocks, bricks, dirt or ashes shall be placed in containers containing other garbage or refuse. All garbage and refuse, before being placed in cans for collection, shall have drained from it all free liquids and may be wrapped in paper.
