§ 94.04 DISTRICTS IN WHICH STORAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS IN OUTSIDE ABOVEGROUND TANKS IS PROHIBITED.

   (A)   The limits referred to in the State Fire Prevention Code, in which storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited, are hereby established as follows:

      All zones within the city with the single exception of zone I-2, as now exist in conformity with Ord. Z-58-41, and the official zone map in § 6 thereof.

   (B)   The limits referred to in the State Fire Prevention Code, in which new bulk plants for flammable or combustible liquids are prohibited, are hereby established as follows:

      All zones within the city with the single exception of zone I-2, as now exist in conformity with Ord. Z-58-41, and the official zone map.
