(A) All persons fishing in areas under the NA-FC Department of Parks and Recreation must conform to all rules, regulations and state laws set forth by the Department of Natural Resources (Division of Fishing and Wildlife). The legal size of large mouth bass will be determined by the Department of Natural Resources.
(B) Minnows shall not be used as bait.
(C) Dumping of fish taken from another source is not allowed.
(D) Fishing after park hours is allowed with a night fishing permit obtained through the Parks Department.
(E) Seining of minnows or fish from the creeks, ponds, and lakes in any park is not allowed.
