§ 72.02 MANNER OF PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful for the operator to park a vehicle other than parallel with the curb and headed in the direction of traffic. The curb side wheels shall be within 12 inches of the edge of the roadway on any streets or parts of streets, except as designated.
