1302.04 CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION OF OTHER ORDINANCES.

The Maintenance Ordinances shall apply only to building and premises maintenance issues. Repairs, additions, or alterations to structures, including changes in occupancy, shall be done in accordance with Part 11 of the Codified Ordinances, the Planning and Zoning Code.
