1303.07 RECOVERY OF FEES, LIENS AND COSTS OF PROSECUTION.
   (a)   In the event that invoices for services and fees are not paid within thirty (30) days, the amount of the charges shall be referred to the Law Director.
   (b)   The Law Director is authorized, at his discretion, to seek recovery of expenses and fees through one of the following means:
      (1)   The Law Director may institute a civil proceeding in the appropriate court to recover a judgment for fees and enforcement expenses. Any judgment rendered may be certified as a lien against the property with the Knox County Auditor for collection in the same manner as property taxes and assessments.
      (2)   The Law Director may have the costs assessed against the property through the Knox County Auditor.
      (3)   The Law Director may seek recovery of expenses as costs of a criminal prosecution authorized under Section 1303.04 and Chapter 1399.
