Decisions of the Board may be appealed to the Knox County Court of Common Pleas under Chapter 2506 of the Ohio Revised Code, Appeals from Orders of Administrative Officers and Agencies. Any appeal to Common Pleas Court must be perfected within 30 days of the filing of the decision with the Safety Service Director, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 2505.07.
