A. Adoption Of Code: There is hereby adopted as a portion of the plumbing regulations for the village, the international plumbing code, 2014 edition, adopted by the village of Milan, Illinois, and the Illinois plumbing code, adopted by the Illinois department of public health, effective February 1, 2004, and all amendments made and to be made subsequent to February 1, 2004. One copy of said international plumbing code and Illinois plumbing code are on file in the office of the village clerk and are available for public use, inspection and examination.
