2-1-1: CREATED; MEMBERSHIP:

There is hereby created a board of local improvements for the village which shall consist of the president and all the members of the board of trustees. (1983 Code § 2-4-5)

2-1-2: DUTIES:

The board of local improvements shall have the powers and perform the duties assigned to it by statute or ordinance. (1983 Code § 2-4-5)
